DESTINATION DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS

• Receive up to $5,000 in fund-matching support from Tourism Kimberley for your local business project and/or local event.

• All projects will be voted on by the Tourism Kimberley Board of Directors and 1 successful Summer/Fall Project and 1 successful Winter/Spring Project will be awarded up to $5000 in fund-matching support

• All projects should be able to align with Tourism Kimberley’s 4 core stories

• Kootenay Rockies Tourism: Birthplace for Adventure Iconic Brand (click link to read more)

• Be able to prove how it will help drive new-unique visitors to the Kimberley area within Kimberley’s Shoulder Tourist Seasons or Slower times throughout the Winter or Summer Months

• All Recepients will be required to fill out a post project or post event data collection form within 90 days post project and report back to Tourism Kimberley.
